Re: 2/7/12 (01)
i wonder how many women and men , christian and non who use or used birth control who are complaining now. hypocrites.
2/8/12 (02)
Catholic leaders and the GOP presidential candidates have intentionally distorted the Obama administration’s new rule requiring employers and insurers to provide reproductive health benefits at no additional cost sharing.
Twenty-eight states already require organizations that offer prescription insurance to cover contraception and since 98 percent of Catholic women use birth control, many Catholic institutions offer the benefit to their employees.
The Jesuit University of Scranton, one of its health insurance plans, the First Priority HMO, lists a benefit of “contraceptives when used for the purpose of birth control.”
DePaul University in Chicago covers birth control in both its fully insured HMO plan and its self-insured PPO plan and excludes “elective abortion,” said spokesman John Holden.
Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn., offers employee health insurance via the Tennessee Independent Colleges and Universities Association, a consortium of Christian Bible and other private college and universities. Its plan excludes abortion, but covers artificial contraception as a prescription drug, said C. Gregg Conroy, the executive director of the TICUA Benefit Consortium.
You should start telling the truth.

Re: 2/6/12 (13)
Congratulations, you have just told the biggest lie of the month. What’s the matter with you?
President Obama NEVER said or directed any such thing about abortion.
Now for the facts:
• Businesses that employ more than 500 people need to offer birth control as part of their medical insurance
• Not all employees of Catholic hospitals are Catholic. To deny them the benefit is discriminatory.
• In the US, according to a 2002 study by the CDC, 89.7% of women aged 15-44 had used a condom to prevent conception. 82.3% had been on the pill. Studies show that up to 96% of all sexually active Catholic women have used birth control other than the rhythm method
• Another CDC poll shows that 88% of Catholics (male & female) feel the official doctrine should allow the use of pill and condom.

The Bush administration was an accident just waiting to happen, two wars were being fought, but they weren't being charged to the debt, George lowered the tax rate for the richest Americans, which is why we have a huge debt now, housing prices were going through the roof, with some people flipping houses for big profits and people who shouldn't have qualified for a loan getting them, a drug bill passed which benefitted the drug companies and added to the deficit, civilians were being tortured in the name of national security(feel any safer now????), 900,000 thousand people were losing their jobs every month, AND YOU TEAPUBS WANNA GO BACK TO THAT????? and George Bush is still sitting home wondering why the collapse couldn't have come on Obama's watch. And now we have a repub candidate who sings "America the beautiful" while he stashes his misgotten profits in the Cayman Islands and whose tax plan raises taxes on the middle class and cuts his own taxes to ZERO PERCENT. You teapubs are soooo easy to fool.

I love how people say they are pro life however don't want healthcare for all. I guess they are really just pro birth. I mean really; were are all the christians at. How can you be a christian and not support healthcare for all; to not support it is a direct contradiction of christianity!

Because they were working, even with 9-11 and the cost of 2 wars until, that is, the democrats took over congress in 2006. Once again I think, no I know, you missed that. I know, because of the comments you write. They show a lack of knowledge of recent history. Don't get out much do you?
how can you blame the democrats for the bush economy crash ? didnt you watch the florida debate where romney and gingrich both admitted to having fannie & freddie stock. are you naive enough to think they was the only 2 ? smell the coffee. money was being made without working for it and when thats happening you can ALWAYS find republicans at the bottom of it.

The U.S. economy created jobs at the fastest pace in nine months in January and the unemployment rate dropped to a near three-year low.
Employers added a net 243,000 jobs last month, the Labor Department reported Friday -- that's the most since April and far better than economists' expectations.
“It’s a strong number, a very strong number, I would say,” said Vassili Serebriakov, a currency strategist at Wells Fargo Bank. “It’s consistent with the broad improvement in the U.S. economic data."
The nation’s unemployment rate fell to 8.3 percent in January from 8.5 percent in the prior month. The rate has dropped 0.8 percentage point since August and is now at its lowest level in nearly three years, having fallen for five consecutive months -- the first time that has happened since late 1994.
Thank you President Obama for getting American out of Bush's fiasco! You are a GREAT American!

Romney was endorsed by Donald Trump. You know what that means? His hair popped out of the ground and predicted six more weeks of winter.

There are signs that Newt Gingrich’s campaign is starting to run out of money. He's dropped Tiffany and he's buying all of his jewelry on QVC now.

Because they were working, even with 9-11 and the cost of 2 wars…
• Bush funded Iraq on a budget supplement. Come back after you learn how negligent that fiduciary policy is. Ya see, because Bush funded the wars on a supplement he deferred payment. That payment is now coming due under President Obama, In your circles, that’s called “dump and run” or in other words, “Hurry up and scrap that ‘Freedom isn’t Free’ bumper sticker off your car.
… until, that is, the democrats took over congress in 2006. Once again I think, no I know, you missed that. I know, because of the comments you write.
• Why do you not tell the truth? Haven’t you heard of John Boehner? He is the REPUBLICAN speaker of the house. That means republicans have the majority.
2/6/12 (12)
One reason we want to return to Bush policies is the enemployment rate was under 6% - we were not 16 trillions in debt and gasoline was $1.76 a gallon. That's why!
2/6/12 (13)
How do you Catholics feel about voting for Obama now? The dictator is telling Catholic hospitals that they HAVE TO perform abortions! Yes, freedom is vanishing in this country. Thanks, Obama

He is the only president to be accused of rape by 2 women.
KEY WORD: Accused
I can accuse YOU of a lot of things but it doesn't make them true.

Have you ever noticed that every Democratic President claims to love the military, while cutting their manpower and budget to bare minimums?
They fail to realize that without our military, the whole world would be at war. They want to embrace all the extremists and call Tea Party members terrorists. As Michael Savage says "Liberalism is a mental disorder."
2/3/12 (06)
The only president toever be found guilty of lying to a Grand Jury is a Democrat. He is the only president to be accused of rape by 2 women. Yea, Newt has a long way to go to catch up with Bill Clinton.
Two words Richard Nixon. Also he was not charged with rape it was sexual harassment. In fact both concented. Get your facts straight.
2/3/12 (07)
Richard Nixon, Iran Contra. Also get your facts staight he was never accused of rape. They were both concentual between adults. Come to think of it wasn't Newt run out of office for ethics violations. Come on you are going to have to do better than this if you are going to diss someone.

What you fail to realize is we're talking about the gutter on Gingrich Boulevard.
--------------------------
That gutter,Gingrich Blvd. as you call it, is a better place than the "let's see how bad we can hurt America gutter" obama has us heading down. Now, he's openly after Catholic's and those who believe in LIFE. I openly despise obama and I despise you, even more, for standing behind him as he goes about ruining America.
2/2/12 (02)
Once again you show us all what an uninformed loud mouth you are.
Santorum, as in the case of Newt, may not win. Granted. However, they are both better men for the job of President than what resides in the White House now. What's more, they are both better human beings than you.
You know what they say about opinions.

Let's try some logic which usually escapes Democrats. Say in 2008 you get a job at a struggling business. You work four years and every aspect of life and economics gets worse. Wouldn't you expect to be fired? Of course, if you worked for a union you would never get fired...the business would just shut down, like B & W did.
2/2/12 (05)
Why is it that all of the repub candidates want to return to all of the Bush era policies, you know, no financial regulations, privatize social security, no health care for 50 million people, they favor torture, Cheney style, PLUS they want to outlaw ANY contraceptive devices, suppress voter registration, outlaw the teaching of evolution, etc. But NO ONE ever mentions George W. Bush's name. It is like he never existed, he never created all of our financial problems, he never started two useless and costly wars, he is not to be mentioned, his name will never be uttered by any repub candidate or any of the talking heads on FAUX news or any repub politician. They all want you to think that the past was better!!!!! I know you teapubs hate Obama so much that that you don't care who the candidate is, he just has to beat Obama. Good luck with that policy.

• "I'm not concerned about the very poor - we have a safety net there," Romney said. "If it needs repair, I'll fix it."
Key words: If it needs repair. Romney is obviously under the impression that things are working just fine for the poor.
• Each of Romney’s kids have a $100 million trust fund. They deserve it. They earned it the hard way.

Once again WHO CARES. Can he lead this once great nation back to greatness? That is the question. Get your head out of the gutter of the past.
Oh how soon we forget. Lets see first off lets go back to Clinton and how much the republicans bring up his past. Second we as liberal democrats never proclaimed to be the moral majority, family values party. A slogan that goes back to Reagan. Sorry the republican party cannot have it both ways. You cannot now back a canidate who has no moral or family values. Find someone who fits your bill. If you can.

The results of a recent poll publshed by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life reveal what social scientists have known for a long time: White Angelical Christians are the least likely to suppport politicians or policies that reflect the actual teachings of Jesus. a very strange irony, indeed. Evangelicals are the most supportive of the death penalty, draconian sentencing instead of rehabilitation, and the government use of torture. The authors amke a long list of things that evangelicals love that contradict Jesus' message. Evangelicals love Jesus for what he does for them... Jesus saves evangelicals from everlasting torture in Hell, and guarantees tham a premium luxury villa in Heaven. They can't thank Jesus enough. And yet, as for jesus himself--his core values of peace, his core teachings of social justice, his core commandments of goodwill--most evangelicals seem to have nothing but disdain for them. No Wonder Jesus wept!! Now we know why those republican politicians court their favor.
2/1/12 (05)
did Geithner pay his taxes yet or is he still getting a "pass?" How about the price of gasoline which was at $1.76 a gallon when Bush left office? How about the unemployment rate which was6% when Bush left office? How about the debt which was quadrupled by Obama? How about losing an A in our credit rating since Hussein took office? Thanks, Obama for all of this. And, thanks, John for giving me this opportunity!
2/1/12 (06)
To speak about Santorum they way you did just shows how much hatred dwells in the heart of Democrats. Santorum went home because his little girl is sufering from a rare, congenital disease that will prevent her from reaching her teen age years.

U.S. economic growth picked up speed in the final three months of 2011, expanding at the fastest pace in 1-1/2 years, according to new data released Friday.
"We're still repairing the damage done by the 2008 financial crisis.” Geithner said.
Consumer spending, which accounts for about 70 percent of U.S. economic activity, stepped to a 2 percent rate from the third-quarter's 1.7 percent pace -- largely driven by pent-up demand for motor vehicles.
Thank you President Obama for getting the US back on track.
Of course. we will have that ONE hater out there who will try but fail to dispute the FACTS.
1/30/12 (02)
Rick Santorum is tired, almost broke — and going home.
Santorum is leaving Florida just days before the Tuesday primary that even he expects to deal him a third consecutive loss.
Santorum says he would rather spend his Saturday sitting at his kitchen table to do his taxes than campaigning in Florida.
The cash-strapped candidate acknowledges that he simply can't keep up.
Santorum, a 3 time loser, just doesn't get the picture. Maybe this time will show him the reality that America does not want him.
Bye Rickie!

Former presidential candidate McCain endorses Romney on Saturday.
Former vice presidential candidate Palin (and McCains running mate) endorses Gingrich on Saturday.
Gee, I never would have thought the republicans are THAT fractured!
What the h-e-double hockey sticks is going on with them republicans? They're collapsing on themselves.

When the republicans took over the House in 2010, they said they would not advance any bill or legislation that was not supported by the Constitution.
I'm still trying to find subsidies to the oil companies in the Constitution.
I'm still trying to find foreign aid in the Constitution.
Any out there that can answer these questions?
1/30/12 (11)
The UN is the biggest joke on the planet. The US should withdraw its financial aid and kick them out of the country. How much is it costing the taxpayers for all the security etc. for these over zealous idiots to live in New York City? They can't agree on anything so why bother? A waste of money.,,,nobody ever listens to their demands anyways.

According to new polls that just came out, Mitt Romney does very well with Republican voters who make more than $200,000. Or as Romney calls them, “trailer trash.”

Also, talk is cheap, and every time Obama opens his mouth, he has no way of following through with his promises. In plain English, he lies.
So when President Obama says, "Send me these tax reforms, and I’ll sign them right away." you fail to understand it is the responsibility of Congress to make laws.
So when President Obama says, "Send me a law that gives them the chance to earn their citizenship. I will sign it right away." you fail to understand it is the responsibility of Congress to make laws.
So when President Obama says, "Expand tax relief to small businesses that are raising wages and creating good jobs. Both parties agree on these ideas. So put them in a bill, and get it on my desk this year." you fail to understand it is the responsibility of Congress to make laws.
CONCLUSION: You fail to realize that 94% of Americans agree with everything in the State of the Union Address. You're simply a hater who still can't find that Kenyan birth certificate.

No, adultery is not ok with me. However, someone's past sins are not something to keep him from attempting to win the Presidency of America. It has nothing to do with the way he would run the country. When Clinton was running around the White House doing the things you want to condemn Newt for it didn't seem to hurt his governing skills. At least you and liberals weren't saying it did.
The point is can he (Newt) bring America back to where it was? Can he bring America back to being financially strong, militarily tough and unafraid to stand to the killer thugs of the world, as I wrote, in an earlier comment? I think he is, and that is what counts to me.

Evangelicals Don't Care When Rich White Conservatives Defile Marriage
In South Carolina, evangelical Christians voted for Gingrich 2-to-1 over boring family man Mitt Romney. For anyone who takes seriously the notion that evangelical Christians actually care about things like family and fidelity, this support for Gingrich is baffling, since he has a history of serial adultery that he barely bothers to disavow. But a closer examination of the situation makes clear what’s going on: for the Republican base, “family values” don’t actually matter, but are just a gloss painted over what really motivates them: reactionary rage. They love Gingrich because he’s a flaming ball of rage.

So it was alright for Newt the cheat and to bash Clinton, but we can not attack him. As I stated the democratic party has never stood up and called themselves the moral majority, family value party. Also the biggest band leader back then was Newt. So now it's alright to be a adulterer.

Newt may not get the nod, so be it. What you fail to understand is American's, not just conservatives but voters of all strips, are sick and tired of the personal attacks on CONSERVATIVE candidates. For example the attacks that were leveled against Cain. Where are all those women? Where are all those charges? People are sick of it.
They want a person with the will and guts to stand up to the people and groups who, do personal attacks. Like the liberal media and people like you.
They also want someone, with the personal power within, to tell the world America is done with the game's of words. Someone who will stand up and defend American and it's people, against the THUGS of the world, without fear.
As I said Newt may not get the nob, but their is no denying he has the traits I decribe, to let the world know enough is enough. Guts, that's what American's want in their leader in this time of mass murder of the innocent like 9-11, ridding the world of people who care not about their own lives let alone your's or mine. I write of murderers who worship a god who, within his written words, promotes such goings on and the killing of non-believers.
1/25/12 (02)
Lets see we are on track to have a two time divorcee and a adulteress on the ticket to represent the rebulican party. Nice. So does that mean that they can no longer bash Clinton. I can not believe what hypocrites the republican party is. Please someone please tell me what the party stands for now. It seems to be what ever is convient at the time.

Last night, President Obama said, "Right now, companies get tax breaks for moving jobs and profits overseas. Meanwhile, companies that choose to stay in America get hit with one of the highest tax rates in the world. It makes no sense, and everyone knows it."
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night, President Obama said, "Second, no American company should be able to avoid paying its fair share of taxes by moving jobs and profits overseas."
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night President Obama said, "Third, if you’re an American manufacturer, you should get a bigger tax cut. If you’re a high-tech manufacturer, we should double the tax deduction you get for making products here. And if you want to relocate in a community that was hit hard when a factory left town, you should get help financing a new plant, equipment, or training for new workers.
My message is simple. It’s time to stop rewarding businesses that ship jobs overseas, and start rewarding companies that create jobs right here in America. Send me these tax reforms, and I’ll sign them right away."
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night, President Obama said, "So let me put colleges and universities on notice: If you can’t stop tuition from going up, the funding you get from taxpayers will go down. Higher education can’t be a luxury – it’s an economic imperative that every family in America should be able to afford."
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night, President Obama said, "Let’s never forget: Millions of Americans who work hard and play by the rules every day deserve a Government and a financial system that do the same. It’s time to apply the same rules from top to bottom: No bailouts, no handouts, and no copouts. An America built to last insists on responsibility from everybody.'
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night, President Obama said, "So if you’re a big bank or financial institution, you are no longer allowed to make risky bets with your customers’ deposits. You’re required to write out a “living will” that details exactly how you’ll pay the bills if you fail – because the rest of us aren’t bailing you out ever again."
Republicans sat on their hands.
Last night, President Obama said, "I’m a Democrat. But I believe what Republican Abraham Lincoln believed: That Government should do for people only what they cannot do better by themselves, and no more."
Republicans sat on their hands.

To borrow a line used on this site, all conservative republicans have been dismissed. From a party that preached family and moral values the last 30 yrs to vote for a two time cheat and divorcee,it gets no more hypocritcal than this. You voted for a man that stood and called for the impeachment of a man who cheated. Not only did your man cheat but he has been divorced twice. I can not wait to hear how he is defended. If this man goes on to represent your party in the election it will be the biggest fraud ever. You will loose your platform forever. Moral majority what a joke.

So people are having a tough time finding things to discredit Obama with?? Almost as tough as finding out if George Bush attended any of his Air National Guard meetings after he got out of training. All of his records mysteriously disappeared when people started to search for them, after most of his class testified that he never came to any of the required meetings. Of course his Dad was head of the Cia then, he could make them dissaper real easy. Poor George, livin' with all those lies.. Must be tough fallin asleep at night!!!

The newspaper article calling for $4 and $5 a gallon gas said 3 refineries in Penna. are shutting down, and the politicians are calling for an end to that winter gas/summer gas changeover. This is your last chance to sell that gas-guzzling "RAM", but you might get away with blaming it on ???????? I can't blame anyone but the profit hungry oil companies myself. They are in manipulation mode, enhancing profits, raising anger at dems, hopng to get a president that will let them drill everywhere in our country, so they can refine it and sell it to other countries. What an avaricious crowd.

"Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear from that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes that you can do these things. Among are a few Texas millionaires, an occasional politician or busnessman from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid" ---President Eisenhower, Republican, Nov. 8, 1954

Another typical liberal statement. When boxed in with facts you fall back to, "THEY ALL DO IT". Didn't hear that when Bush was in charge. EVERYTHING was his fault and his alone. Democrats had clean hands back then. Once again you make me sick.
Do you actually believe that politicians, no matter what party, or George Bush didn't give favors? If you believe this, I have a bridge to sell you. All you are doing is defending a man that ruined this country with deregulation and a couple of wars. I am independent and believe that they are a crooks no matter what party. It doesn't make it right but it happens in life everywhere. Haven't you ever heard it's who you know.

1/19 (7) It is very clear that you do not work for any news agency. They couldn't find anything about Obama at all. Not even the facts about his communist parents and super radical friends. By the way, can you find out if Barack had any friends while attending high school or college? Seems like he fell from outer space.
1/19/12 (01)
Isn't it hilarious that NONE of the republican candidates ever mention George Bush?
None of them ask for his endorsement?
None of them have Bush campaigning with him?
Gee, they must realize how toxic George Bush is. I give them credit for that!

1/18/12 (5) On Bushes last day in office gasoline was $1.76. On Bushes last day in office 900,000 people were losing their jobs every month. On Bushes last day in office he had just bailed out the criminal bankers who caused all this mess to the tune of $1 trillion bucks. (That was to ensure that all his Wall ST. contributors could keep contibuting to the repubs and still have a little left over for some royal bonuses, while millions were being put out of work.) On bushes last day in office, millions of homeowners who had received fraudulent loans, or who had been fooled by bankers that they could afford to repay those loans, were losing their homes. On Bushes last day in office, soldiers were dying in two fraudulent wars(which none of you whining teapubs would ever think to get involved in) and he never even counted the cost of those wars on his debt. On Bushes last day in office he had doubled the national debt(would have tripled it if he had counted the wars he started) And all you want us to remember is THE PRICE OF GAS. Sorry, buddy, I remember every stinkin year, every stinkin thing he did to put his party ahead of the people he was supposed to serve and protect. And Every time you mention the price of gas I will remind your teapub brain that there was a lot more to it than the price of gas. Have a nice day, teapub. AND YOU STILL WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT??????? OMG OMG

Looks like Obama has finally upset one of his most supportive groups...the unions...by failing to approve the Keystone pipeline. No jobs, no energy policy (except to buy oil from Brazil). If this is what the next four years will look like, we deserve what we get...
1/19/12 (05)
I noticed that none of the candidates are mentioning their stand on the VAT tax , Obama isn't talking about either , this could be a real issue if the out of control spending continues they will have to load some more taxes on our backs to fund the govt.

Like any good presidential candidate, Rick Santorum heaps praise on America's soldiers and veterans. He's pledged to "make veterans a high priority" if elected president. But as a US senator, Santorum engineered a land deal that robbed the military's top veterans' home of tens of millions of dollars.
The Armed Forces Retirement Home bills itself as "premier home for military retirees and veterans." The Home sprawls across 272 acres high on a hill in northern Washington, DC, near the Petworth neighborhood. The nearly 600 veterans who now live there enjoy panoramic views of the city—the Washington monument and US Capitol to the south, the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception to the east.
Officials running the Home eyed a valuable, 49-acre piece of land worth $49 million as a potential financial lifeline. Under one scenario, by leasing the parcel of land and letting it be developed, the Home could pocket $105 million in income over 35 years for its trust fund.
Enter Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA). At the behest of the Catholic Church, and unbeknownst to the Home, Santorum slipped an amendment into the 1999 National Defense Authorization Act handcuffing how the home could cash in on those 49 acres. The amendment forced the Home to sell—and not lease—the land to its next-door neighbor, the Catholic University of America. Ultimately, the Catholic Church bought 46 acres of the tract for $22 million. The Home lost the land for good, and by its own estimates, pocketed $27 million less than the land's value and $83 million less than what it could've made under the lease plan.
Santorum's amendment was "a travesty" and the Church's lobbying for the land a case of "coveting thy neighborhood's goods." A former Santorum aide told New York Times Magazine in 2005 that the senator was "a Catholic missionary who happens to be in the Senate.''

“Very Interesting Bit Of Detective Work”
1. Back in 1961 people of color were called ‘Negroes.’ So how can the
Obama ‘birth certificate’ state he is ‘African-American’ when the term
wasn’t used at that time?
2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama’s
birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his
father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama’s birth, it also
shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama’s father
was born in ” Kenya, East Africa “. This wouldn’t seem like anything
of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963,
two whole years after Obama’s birth, and 27 years after his father’s
birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did
not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as
the “British East Africa Protectorate”.
3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed
place of birth is “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”.
This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were
called “KauiKeolani Children’s Hospital“ and ”Kapi’olani Maternity
Home”, respectively. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity &
Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged.
How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate
dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

1/18/ (2) You claim that most Teapubs are lucky to have a high school education. For your information, the so called Teapubs come from all walks of life, and are not all affiliated with the Republican Party. Maybe you see it that way because you stand on your head and want the rest of us to believe the world is upside down. At least most Republicans can spell.

Re: 1/17/12 (03)
And your point is? Do you actually think things like this only happen with Democrats. You live in a fantasy world if you think this stuff doesn't happen in all politics. Wake up they are all crooks, looking to get rich by getting elected.
1/18/12 (02)
I see that the teapubs are still trying to convince everyone that all the problems that our country has were caused by bad boy Obama. You teapubs still trying to maintain to us folks that George W. bush had nothing to do with this economic mess?????? HE didn't lower taxes on the rich, causing the tremendous lack of revenue that stifles our growth, HE didn't create an unfunded drug program that was so popular with the drug comapanies that they gave him millions for his reelection, HE didn't interfere with the housing bubble at all, HE didn't try to intervene in the banking blowup, HE didn't bail out Wall Street, HE didn't double our debt in 8 yeaars, HE didn't start two costly, deadly wars withouh a means to pay for them, HE just never happened, according to you teapubs. HE left Obama in the worst financial mess since the great depression and you keep trying to blame Obama?????? And you're all ready to vote for the same ideas that caused this mess and you're all READY TO GO BACK TO THAT??????? All the republicans have to do is to continue to have you believe that Obama is the person keeping YOU from being a millionaire, that OBAMA is taking all of your money and giving it to the welfare people, blacks, foodstamp recipients, Medicaid recipients and other so-called parasites and that if the rich get richer, things should get better for you. Just forget Bush, thry tell you, he never existed, it's all Obama's fault. Keeping you teapubs convinced of all those lies should be easy for the repubs who exploit you. They know you are easily swayed and manipulated the by comments that the repub candidates make. And they know that most of you teapubs have a high school education at best(that's why repubs laugh at educated people) and that their appeals to bigotry, racism, envy and fear will work evry time. The fact that Romney is a predatory capitalist has no effect on you, as long as he shows some hatred and disdain for Obama. God you people are easy.

Your quote made no sense. I am not the one wanting to leave the good old U.S.A. for a better life in Afghanistan, as stated on 1/12/12/(1)that statement shows hate for our country. No matter how bad things get I would never even think of leaving our country and freedom. So who has the hate? I suggest you think before you write.

Don't get out much, do you? If you do you are dismissed for blindness.

I just read a story originally appearing in the Chicago Tribune. When Obama became Senator a position mysteriously appeared in Chicago for a, "Community Outreach Coordinator" for Chicago Hospitals. His wife got the position-wow-hard to believe, huh! It paid $316,ooo a year. When Obama became president his wife left the job to move to Washington. When the position wasn't filled the Hospital Association said that. "There is not enought work to merit such a position."

And some members of the media continue to insist he is "The smartest man ever elected to the Presidency".
Yea Right! Send it to all your family and friends so they can see how smart he is. WOW!!!
AND THEY SAID GEORGE W. WAS STUPID.

"There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody. I reject the concept that it is possible for Americans to become wealthy in isolation.”
"You built a factory out there? Good for you but I want to be clear: you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for; you hired workers the rest of us paid to educate; you were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn't have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory, and hire someone to protect against this, because of the work the rest of us did."
"Now look, you built a factory and it turned into something terrific, or a great idea? God bless. Keep a big hunk of it. But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along." ---Elisabeth Warren, August 2011

1/12/12 (3) Thank you for your sympathy, may you also extend your arguements about civility toward the people who have no problem calling our democratically elected-by-a-landslde president a "communist, socialist, Kenyan-born alien, destroyer of our country"????? Although they NEVER specify just what policies that he advocates that are destroying our country. I don't think the term "teapubs" or "repubs" should bother you, they're merely terms describing your political persuasion. I think that your problem is that you teapubs and repubs are being exposed for endorsing some of the most extreme policy suggestions that your repub candidates are expounding. I don't think it's the terms that's bothering you, it's just the truth. I'm not lying when I talk about some of those wild ideas, I'm not putting spin on what any your repub candidates want to do if elected. It's on TV night and day. I know it's embarrassing to have to listen to those crazy tax schemes that will reward millionaires, but at least now "the poor will have to pay their share", but that's what I hear from you teapubs all the time. Nah, it aint the labels that's bothering you, it's the facts. But don't feel alone, a lot of non-teapub repubs are questioning the right wing doctrines of all the repub candidates. And questioning how Half-Mitt got so rich at the expense of so many people. Even the teapubs are wondering if Bain Capital has their company or business in it's sights. Pretty Scary, even for real republicans.

You know this whole name calling thing invalidates any reminant of a well though out argument you attempt to make. Any time I try to even read your posts as soon as I see "Teapub" or any of your goofy names I just stop reading. Were your parents or the other kids this abusive to you? Maybe that is why you are. You have my sympathies.

I find it amazing that after 3 years in office, Democrats are still using the excuse that Obama inherited a lousy economy. They (both Democrats and Republicans) all need to grow up and do what's right for our country. It won't be long before we become Venezuela. The dictator in charge has no regard for our Constitution or any elected official, who, "we the people" elected to represent us.

The DOJ is fighting the people of South Carolina in their fight to have people use photo ID's when they vote. I don't get it, why would you be so upset over being ask to show you're who you claim to be? Unless you are trying to game the system. Law breakers in Washington, that's what we have. In the White House and at the head of many of the departments of government that are supposed to be looking out for us. LOL They're only looking out for votes legal or illegal. Makes no difference to them. The end ALWAYS justifies the means with lawbreakers. Our prisons are full of such people and now so is Washington and, being more specific, the White House.
